Page setup – Show the page setup dialoug box.

Slide orientation – Switch the slide orientation between portrait and landscape.

Themes – 1  Colors

                  3  Effects

Background :-

Background Style – Choose the background style for this theme right click and more ways to apply it.

Hide  background  graphics – Don’t show the background , graphics in the theme you have selected.

ANIMATIONS

Preview

       Preview Animation – Preview the animations and slide transitions you have created for this slide.

Animation

        Animate – Choose an animation to apply to objects in the slide.

       Custom Animation – Open the custom Animations. Tasks pane so that you can animate individual objects on the slide.

 

 

Transition to this Slide

Transition Sound – Select a sound to play during the transition between the previous slide and current slide.

Transition Speed – Choose how fast to animate the transition between the previous slide and current slide.

Apply to all – Set the transition between all slide in the presentation to be like the transition . You have set up for the current slide.

Advance  Slide

On Mouse click – Wait until a mouse click to move to next slide.

Automatically  After  - Move to the  next slide after a certain number of seconds.

SLIDE  SHOW 

Start  Slide Show

From  Begning (f5) – Start the  slideshow from the first slide.

From current slide (shift + f8 ) – Start the slide show from current slide.

Custom Slide Show – Create or play a custom slide show .A custom slide show display only the slide you select.

# This enables you to have several different shows ( for example : a 30 – minute show ) within the same presentation.

 

 

MONITORS.

Resolution :- Choose the screen resolution to use for the full screen slideshow.

             Many  projector support a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768.

Show Presentation on – Choose a monitor on which to display the full screen slideshow.

Use Presenter view – Show the full screen slideshow using presenter view .

             This feature requires multiple monitors or a laptop with dual – display capabilities.

Notes:-

#  First of all choose the topics and define in some show.

#  If  we want to take new slide then right click and select new slide.

#  If all slide simple ready then take animations in all slides.

#  The use custom Animation.

Steps :-

ADD  EFFECTS

First of all select text then go to custom Animations

 

REMOVE

If  we want to remove the effect then click in

·      If  all slide is complete then use rehearse . Timings .

            Use  Rehearsed  Timings.

 

·       Then  start slide show  from begning

·      If  we want to use different design or theme in diff. diff. page then…..

             Right  on  Design = .then , Apply.
