MS  PAINT  IS A BASICALLY  USE  FOR  THAT  BALANCE  ON  MOUSE .  MAKING A PICTURE.

   MICROSOFT  PAINT  OVERVIEW.


 Paint  is  a drawing  tool. You  can  use  to  create simple or elebrate drawings. These drawings . These drawing an be either black and white or colours and can be saved as bit map fules. You can be saved as bit map files. You can paint your drawing use it for desktop background or paste it into another document. You can even use paint to view end edit scanned photos.

                  You can also use paint to work with pictures such as jpg, gif, or bmp files. Document you have created or use it as your desktop background

FILES

§  New (Ctrl + N) – Create a new document.

§  Open (Ctrl + O) – Open an existing document.

§  Save (Ctrl + S) – Save the active document.

§  Save as (f12) – Save the active document with as new name.

§  From Scanner or Camera – Download a new document from a scanner or camera.

§  Print Preview – Display full pages.

§  Page Setup – Change the page layout.

§  Print (Ctrl +P) – Prints the active document sets printing options.

 

§  Send – Send a picture by using mail or fox.

 

EDIT

 

§  Undo(Ctrl + Z) – Undo the last action.

§  Repeat (Ctrl + Y) – Redoes the previously undone action.

§  Copy (Ctrl +C) – Copies the selection put it on the clipboard.

§  Paste (Ctrl + V) – Insert the contents of the clipboard.

§  Clear Selection delete – Delete the selection.

§  Select All (Ctrl + A) – Select Everything.

§  Copy to – Copies the selection to a file.

§  Paste from – Paste a file into the selection.

VIEW

1.  TOOL BAR(Ctrl +T) –SHOW OR HIDES THE TOOLBAR.

COLOUR BOX (Ctrl +    ) – SHOW AND HIDES THE COLOUR BOX.

3.  STATUS BAR – SHOWS AND HIDES THE STATUS BAR.

4.  TEXT TOOLBAR –SHOWS AND HIDES THE TEXT TOOLBAR

ZOOM

·       Normal size (ctrl +pgup) – Zoom the picture to 100y.

·       Large size (ctrl + pgon) Zoom the picture to 400y.

·       Custom Zoom the picture.

·       Show grid (ctrl + G) – Show or hide the grid.

·       Show thumbnailShows or hide the grid.

·       Show thumbnail Show or hides the thumb nail view of the picture

·       View Bitmap (ctrl + F) – Display the entrie picture.

 

IMAGE



·       Flip / Rotate (ctrl + R) – Flips or rotate the pic or a selection

·       Stretch / skew (ctrl + w) – Stretches or skews the picture or a selection.

·       Invert colours (ctrl + i) Insert the colours of the picture or a selection.

·       Attributes (ctrl + F) – Change the attributes of the picture.

·       Clear image – Clears the picture or selection

·       Draw opaque – Make the current selection either opaque or transparent

 


COLORS

·       Edit colors – Create a new colour.


HELP

·       Help Topics Display help for the current task or command.

·       About Paint – Display programme information version numbers and copyright.

 

TOOL BAR



Select  a free form part of the picture to

                    Move copy or edit.



                   Select a  rectanglular part of the picture to

                 Move copy or edit.                      




                 Erase a portion of the picture using the

                 Selected eraser shape

  



 Fills the area with current drawing color.

 



               Pick up a color from the picture for drawing

 





                Changes the magnification


A     Insert text into the picture.



            Draw a straight line with selected line width.



              Draw a rectangle with selected fill style.

 



                 Draw a polygon with the select fill style.



   

 



            Draw on ellipse with the selected fill style.

 



           Draw a rounded rectangle with selected fill Style.

   

 WORDPAD

·      Win + R : -  Wordpad

·      Start : All Programme – Accessories –Wordpad –OK

·      By default name is called Document Wordpad.Wordpad is basically use for that command on keyboard.   It is fully based on keyboard function.

 

 WORDPAD OVERVIEW

With Wordpad , you can create and edit simple text document or document with complex formatting and graphics. You

can link or embed information from other documents into a wordpad documents.

            You can save your wordpad file as a text file, rich text file, text file for Ms.DOS or Unicode.These format provides greater flexibility when working other programs document that use multiple languages should be saved as rich text files.

FILES

·        NEW (Ctrl +N) – Creates a new document.

·        OPEN (Ctrl +O) –Open an existing document.

·        SAVE (Ctrl +S) – Saves the active document with new number.

·        SAVE AS ..... –Save the active document with new number.

·        PRINT .....(Ctrl +P) – Prints the active documents.

·        Print preview – Display full pages.

·        Page setup -  changes page layout setting .

·       Photoshop & read me – opens this document.

·       Send – sends the document through electronic mail.

·       Exit – quits the applications ; prompts you to save document.

EDIT

·      Undo (ctrl + z) – Reserves the last action.

·      Cut (ctrl + x) – cut the selection and puts it on

                     Lipboard.

·      Copy (ctrl + c) – copies the selection and put it

                           On the clipboard.

·      Paste (ctrl + v) – insert clipboard contents.

·      Paste special – insert clipboard contents with       

                      Option.

·      Clear (delete) – erase the selection .

·      Select all (clear +A ) – select the entire

                                 Document.

·      Find (ctrl + f) – find the specified text.

·      Find next (F3) – repeats the last find .

·      Replace (ctrl + h) – replace specific text with

                           Different text.

·      Links- edit linked objects.

·      Object properties (all + enter) -  change selected  objects properties.

·      Object – activates embedded or linked object

VIEW

·      Toolbar – shows or hides the toolbar.

·      Format bar – shows or hides the format bar.

·      Ruler – shows or hides the rules .

·      Status bar – show or hides the status bar.

·      Option – set option.

INSERT

·      Date & time – insert today’s date and /or

                       Time.

·      Object – insert new embedded object .
